Truth or Trauma? How to Tell the Difference
A live workshop introducing the Signals Dancing model, a simple way to notice which voice you can trust.
In two hours, you’ll learn how to tell when it’s trauma speaking and when it’s truth so you stop mistaking fear for intuition.

The Compass Hidden in Your Body
In this workshop, I’ll introduce you to the Signals Dancing model: the thre signals moving inside your body all the time:
Signal 1: Truth — the quiet, steady compass of your authentic self.
Signal 2: External — the noise of cultural and generational conditioning that pushes you to conform.
Signal 3: Internal — the survival patterns you internalized as real that are rooted in trauma, familiarity and history.
Signal 4: The Combined Outcome — Who you show up as in the world.
Here’s a quick lived example: You get a ping from your boss that triggers a jolt in the chest. The external expectation is that you respond. The internal survival signal says “Reply now or you will look bad.” The truth says “Pause. Read again.”
Who you show up as will necessarily depend on which signal you choose which to follow. Without noticing, you fire off a defensive reply. When you pause to listen differently, you give yourself permission to pause, wait five minutes, reread, and respond congruently.
Most of us confuse these signals. We think urgency is clarity, or shame is intuition. That confusion keeps us looping in survival, never fully trusting ourselves.
Once you can recognize the difference, awareness itself becomes the first step toward living authentically.
What You’ll Take Away
A clear map of the 3 signals — truth, internal (trauma/survival), and external (conditioning) — and how they combine into a fourth signal that shapes who you show up as in the world.
How to tell when it’s trauma speaking and when it’s truth — so you can notice and stop second-guessing yourself.
How to stop confusing fear with intuition — so you don’t keep repeating the same survival-driven choices.
What truth feels like in your body compared to survival — so you can begin to trust yourself with confidence.
A simple practice you can use in real time — so you have a tool to interrupt old patterns the moment they arise.
