Stela Murrizi is the Creative Director and Guardian of the Vision for the WEL‑Systems Institute — a role personally chosen by founder Louise LeBrun.

While she did not create the WEL‑Systems body of knowledge, Stela deeply embodies its principles in her own life and work.

Her role is to protect the integrity of this living signal and make it accessible to others through curated experiences, programs, and community. She carries this legacy forward not as a teacher, but as a living invitation for others to remember and reclaim their own truth.

While many WEL-Systems experiences are created by women, for women, the models and application of the process are universal.
