From Suicidal Thoughts to Trusting Her Inner Truth

- Janet Bone

Stuck Despite "Knowing Better"

Janet came to WEL-Systems already armed with knowledge. An ex-registered nurse who was now coaching women herself, she was trained in modalities that understood the theory of nervous system regulation. She knew about quantum versus Newtonian approaches. But knowing wasn't enough.

"I still didn't know how, and I knew I was just stuck. So stuck... I thought I had awareness of how I was choosing for me, but I wasn't. It was always guided and steered by what I thought best for everybody else."

Despite all her previous work, Janet was drowning in darkness. The thoughts in her head were relentless and terrifying.

"The kinds of thoughts that I was having was just like nasty, horrible thoughts. There's still thoughts popping in about taking my life. There's still horrible thoughts of other people. There was a big disconnection with people and life."

Her daily experience was unbearable.

"What did it feel like to be in my life? Awful and hated it. I was not happy at all."

She felt invisible in her relationships. When she spoke, people talked over her. She was like "a piece of furniture" - present but not truly seen or heard.

Learning to Trust the Pull

Initially skeptical ("when I first started it was like, blah, blah, blah. Yep. Heard all this. Yep. Know all this"), Janet almost missed her breakthrough moment.

But when the deeper programs became available, something shifted. Despite her logical mind saying she couldn't fit one more thing into her overwhelmed life, she felt an undeniable pull.

"There was still this pole like. There is no option. Like you're doing it Janet, like this is, it was just there. It was unspoken. I couldn't even put it into words."

When Stella told her to "just sit with it. Just jump off the cliff and see what happens," Janet learned to trust that inner knowing instead of her mental stories.

"I jumped in and everything unfolded and it fell into place... that was my first big opening and awareness of like, what this work can do for me and if I start to trust myself, which I've never done thought I did, but I didn't."

Living her truth

The changes were profound. Janet began trusting herself as what she calls a "God force" - someone who could listen to her intuition and make choices based on her own inner knowing rather than what others needed from her.

"How I've started to trust myself to be a God force... and listen to my intuition and it's about me, and that it's not about me changing everybody else and changing the world. It's about me changing."

Her relationships transformed completely. The most striking change was with her daughter.

"The relationship with my daughter is just, it's massively changed... just sitting there listening to her talk and just feeling the comfort within the conversation between us that there was no grind, no resistance, no anything between us as she was speaking... she's sharing with me and she wants to share with me."

Janet found her voice and presence. People began actually listening when she spoke.

"More respect for me being seen and being heard more, feeling like I'm actually having presence in a room now. That I'm not just a piece of furniture, that when I speak up before, people just talked over me. Whereas now I choose when I speak and I choose what I speak."

Her coaching practice evolved as she learned to trust her intuition and "poke the bear" with clients.

"I coach more from intuition... I can see how I'm bringing that in more and more and seeing the bigger picture and bringing that into my clients and poking the bear."

Community and Continued Growth

Janet discovered something crucial - this work can't be done alone.

"You can't do this alone because you get sucked back into the strength of society, of cultural conditioning. It's so fucking strong and it's sneaky."

The community aspect became essential - being with "like-minded people that are on the same plane as me in the same ship sailing the ocean."

She gained confidence to speak her truth, something she'd never done before.

"I've never spoken. I've always kept it inside... here I am. It gives me confidence to speak who I truly am as I discover all that. And then that is giving me confidence then to take it into life."

"Saved My Life. Again"

Looking back, Janet's assessment is clear and powerful:

"Saved my life again. One more time and I'm right where I need to be."

Her advice to other women considering this work comes from deep experience:

"You've already shown up here. There's a draw there to me. So listen to that draw. 'Cause it's right. Your body's speaking to you and it's telling you where you need to go."

She describes Wealth Systems as "a combination of science, breath work, self-discovery... infinity with respect, integrity, and generosity and grace of my spirit."

Bottom Line: Janet went from suicidal thoughts and feeling invisible to trusting herself as a "God force," transforming her relationships, finding her voice, and coaching from pure intuition - all by learning to trust the inner pull she'd been ignoring for years.

From "Dying Inside" to Living Her Truth (After 20+ Years)

- Susan Griffin

Success on the Outside, Death on the Inside

Susan had what looked like the perfect life from the outside. She ran a successful consulting business and appeared to have it all together. But behind the facade, she was suffocating.

"I had a successful business, a consulting business and all that kind of stuff, and I felt like I was dying inside."

The core issue wasn't her external circumstances - it was that she had completely disappeared from her own life.

"Feeling like I don't exist. And that my life is about everybody else."

Susan had become a master people-pleaser, never speaking her truth for fear of offending anyone.

"I don't know if I ever told anybody else the truth back then, because you don't offend anybody. They might not like what you say that might be offensive to this person or that person."

She had no sense of her own needs or desires. The concept of claiming space for herself was completely foreign.

"Claiming space for myself was just not something that happened in my life."

Her situation was so dire that she describes it in life-or-death terms.

"Wealth systems saved my life more than once back in those days."

20+ Years of Continuous Evolution

What makes Susan's story unique is the long-term nature of her transformation. This wasn't a quick fix - it's been a decades-long journey of continuous growth and discovery.

"It's been an ongoing process because there's always another level, another decloaking, another unfolding, another peeling away."

The changes have been so profound that she's become unrecognizable to her former self.

"I don't think I would recognize myself from back then the way that I would engage with people."

Now she tells the truth, even when it's uncomfortable.

"I don't know if I ever told anybody else the truth back then... [but now I do]."

She's learned to claim space for herself - something that was impossible before.

Susan has worked with multiple highly skilled coaches over the years, each bringing different qualities: "fire and tenacity," "earth mother" energy, "relentless pursuit of truth." But what stands out is her commitment to going deeper rather than plateauing.

"Sometimes I feel like I've sunk all way back to that point where I'm, oh, what am I doing in the middle of all this? And where am I? And those are usually the moments that I find the greatest discoveries and take another leap forward."

WEL-Systems: A Manual for Living

After two decades of this work, Susan has a unique perspective on what Wealth Systems really is.

"It's the guidelines for Living My Life. It's the user manual for living... the Hitchhiker's Guide to How to Move through the Universe."

She describes the coaching approach with vivid clarity:

"Fire and tenacity... the relentless pursuit of the truth, of what's trying to emerge... that tenacity and relentlessness is what moves me towards whatever's next for me and moves me towards discoveries and, uh, bloody annoying. Yeah, absolutely, absolutely effective."

What she loves most is that the coaches "never let you give up on yourself" and maintain "that container, that space of absolute safety" while refusing to let you "abandon yourself."

Looking back, Susan finds the journey deeply affirming.

"It's good to reflect on it and remember what life was like before and how far I've come from any point along the way or how far I've come since a year ago, or how far I've come since 20 years ago."

Her advice to other women is refreshingly practical:

"You tried everything else... what have you got to lose? Just be open to a different perspective and step in where it feels most comfortable... Don't have to do it all at once and jump right in. Have a taste and see how it feels."

Bottom Line: Susan went from feeling like she didn't exist and was dying inside despite external success, to living her truth and claiming her space - and after 20+ years, she's still discovering new levels. This isn't just transformation; it's a complete rewiring of how to move through life.

From Frozen in Chaos to Flowing with Ease

-Lisa LeBrun

Years of Paralysis and Overwhelm

Lisa was stuck. For years, she'd been living in what she describes as "freeze mode" - unable to make decisions, move forward, or change anything in her life.

"I feel like I had been in freeze for quite a few years, like just don't do anything. Just keep everything, don't move anything, don't change anything. Don't like, just like if I stay still enough then maybe the chaos that I felt was swirling around me would stop."

Her home reflected her internal state. Clutter and junk had accumulated everywhere. She hadn't gotten rid of anything in years, just kept adding to the pile.

"I'm just so fucking tired of all the junk that's been in my life for so many years. It's fucking chaos. Like there's missing shit and junk everywhere. I feel like I'm living in my father's house 'cause my father's house is like that, like dirty and messy and like just chaotic."

The overwhelm was paralyzing. Even small steps felt pointless.

"It just felt always so overwhelming. Like, how is this one little thing gonna help me change all of this? I just felt buried beneath it."

Worst of all, Lisa had lost herself completely. She'd shifted all her attention to fixing everyone else's problems while abandoning her own needs.

"I feel like I don't exist. I shifted my attention away from myself into everything else that was going on, and I started trying to fix everything else... and not paying any attention to me, like at all."

Seeing Through the Stories

Everything changed when Lisa had a pivotal realization during the program about the difference between reality and the stories we tell ourselves.

"I think what really, one of the things that was huge for me during manifesting is when we were looking at the logical levels and I understood that everything below the choice point was all story. That moment was huge for me when I understood like, it's all fucking story."

This breakthrough freed her from the endless mental loops that had kept her stuck. Instead of getting lost in analysis and indecision, she learned to trust simple, moment-to-moment choices.

"Just like starting to trust like the small little cues, like, yes, pick this or don't pick this... what do I really want in this moment?"

from Frantic to Centered

The changes were dramatic. Lisa describes feeling fundamentally different - more centered and internally safe.

"How much more centered I've felt since the last program. So now that I'm able to actually show up for myself and show up differently in the conversations, I feel like that's why the conversations are all so different. Like, there isn't this frantic, like brokenness that shows up constantly."

Conversations she'd avoided for years suddenly became easy.

"Conversations that I haven't gone, like I've stayed away from, from a long time that have kind of come with ease."

She found the courage to claim what mattered to her, like attending her son's race even when it might be inconvenient for others.

"This is what this program is for and this is important to me and I'm going to claim that to everybody... I wanna be there for my son 'cause I wasn't there last year. It's important to him and it's important to me and that's different for me."

Life Flowing with Ease

From her new centered state, Lisa took action. She cleared out 30+ garbage bags of clutter, found and secured a beautiful new home, and began living in a way that actually reflected who she was.

"I must have gotten rid of like close to 30 garbage bags of stuff, like if not more. Plus all just the pieces of furniture. I just would rather go with nothing. Nothing that doesn't fit together. Nothing that doesn't feel like me anymore."

The external changes reflected deeper internal shifts. Life began flowing rather than feeling forced.

"All of the pieces for this move are just like coming together easily. It's just easy. Like everything is just easy... now, I won't be embarrassed to have people over at our house."

She learned to let go of control and trust the process.

"There was a lot of like what felt like letting go that went along with it. Okay. Well if it is right, it is. And if it's not, it's not like I'm just not pushing it anymore."

The Deeper Impact

Perhaps most importantly, Lisa rediscovered her own voice and learned to trust her inner knowing rather than constantly seeking external validation.

"What do I really want in this moment? And then if I don't know, noticing how I can then use the, I don't know, as what I communicate, rather than just like stepping back."

Looking back, she can hardly believe the transformation.

"I look around and I'm like, I don't even know how I lived like this. And I love that sharing all of it actually allows me to hear all of the amazingness of all of it."

Bottom Line: Lisa went from years of paralysis and chaos to feeling centered, taking decisive action, and creating a life that actually reflects who she is - all by learning to see through her stories and trust her inner knowing.
