The roles, habits, stories, or identities that once made sense have started to feel constricting. They’re not wrong, simply no longer true.
And yet… what’s next hasn’t revealed itself.

Exhausted from trying to “figure it out”
Drawn toward something more meaningful or alive, without knowing what it is
Holding on to what was because the uncertainty of letting go feels too big
Frustrated with plans, goals, or action steps that feel premature

Iceberg of the Self
Most of what we’re taught to work with lives above the surface — “what you see is what you get” version of reality.
But during periods of real change, much of the movement happens beneath the surface — in the body, in identity, in meaning, in the sense of self.
When attention stays focused only on what’s visible and nameable, this phase can feel exhausting or stuck — even when something is clearly shifting underneath.
This workshop is oriented toward that deeper layer.
About This Space: The in-between can feel disorienting.
I’m familiar with this phase — not as something to move through quickly, but as something that asks to be stayed with.
There are moments when what once made sense no longer does, and what’s next hasn’t taken shape yet. I’m in that terrain too.
This workshop wasn’t created from having answers, but from living inside the questions — and learning how to stay present without forcing clarity.
The in-between can feel disorienting.
It can feel like things are loosening before anything new has taken shape — without a clear replacement.
There’s nothing dramatic about it.
It’s quiet. Subtle. Often confusing.
This workshop is a pause
A place to stop pushing for answers and spend time with what’s already present — beneath urgency, analysis, and expectation.
It’s designed for people who sense internal change but don’t yet have words, direction, or certainty — and don’t want to rush the process by forcing conclusions. Instead, you’ll be invited into a quieter relationship with yourself.
In 90 minutes together, we’ll create a guided, embodied space to:
Slow the pace
Create intentional internal space
Spend time below the surface, rather than trying to work everything out
Explore a simple way of understanding why this phase feels the way it does
Spend time with what’s already present, beneath the surface
Sit with what’s present, without needing to interpret or define it
This is not a training, and we are not planning anything, nor are we mapping out what’s next.
Instead, we’re learning how to listen for the deeper whispers.
You won’t leave with answers — but you might leave with something far more potent: presence.
This workshop may be a fit if you:
Sense that an identity shift is underway
Feel emotionally or energetically tired
Are spiritually oriented and self-aware

There will be light teaching to help orient you to this phase — to name it and understand why it can feel the way it does.
There will be guided reflections to help orient you into the moment.
There will also be time to settle beneath explanations, where attention shifts from thinking to visceral listening.
Nothing is required of you but presence to yourself.
This in-between phase asks you to slow down, not to figure it out.
It asks you to be present, not make anything happen.
It’s about giving yourself permission to hear your voice again.

This workshop is about creating space during a period of internal transition.
It’s for times when something in your life or sense of self no longer fits, but what’s next hasn’t taken shape yet. Rather than trying to figure out answers or force clarity, the workshop offers a guided space to slow down, listen for what’s presenting beneath the surface, and stay present with what’s already unfolding.
There is a light educational component to help orient you to this phase — why it can feel disorienting, and why familiar tools often stop working — along with guided reflections to support embodied listening.
This is not a training, a planning session, or a place to map out next steps.
It’s a space for presence, orientation, and internal contact during the in-between.

A replay will be available if you’re not able to attend live.
That said, the workshop is designed as a live, shared experience. Being there in real time allows you to feel the sense of community and quiet support that comes from knowing others are in this space too — even if you don’t speak or share.
If you can come live, you’ll likely get more from the relational and energetic aspect of the workshop.
If you can’t, the replay still offers the guidance and orientation, and you’re welcome either way. -
