The Dance of Rage and Inspiration

There exists an intimate relationship between the fire expression which we label 'rage' and the outcome of an 'inspired' life. The two are intimately interconnected. Rage produces an uninspired life. An uninspired life reinforces rage. And rage, in turn, reinforces an uninspired life. It's a process. A dance of energies creating a particular version of reality.

Inspiration, as I'm coming to discover, is a spark of the divine. When we are intimately connected to our own divinity—through a deep and unwavering connection to the information of the Signal that we are—our life becomes inspired. We trust our body to reveal the truth. We trust the moment we are in to engage. We say what's on our mind, without an expectation of an outcome. We trust our life reorganizes around what's real, not illusion.

It's really fucking hard to live this way. Not because it doesn't work, but because it does.

There are consequences to living authentically, out loud. People will notice us. They will have opinions. They will have judgements. They will hold us to their expectations of who we are, and who they think we should be, because of who we've always been. You'll notice, none of that has anything at all to do with how authentic I might choose to live my life, today. It's all external referencing intended by cultural conditioning to keep us small, compliant, and repeating the status quo.

When I say 'status quo' what do you hear?

Here’s what I mean: Status quo to me is that which is familiar inside of me. Whether that's the work I do, how I respond to my husband, the people I spend time with, or how I spend time with them, and so on. It's about that which goes on unquestioned inside of us, that which we presuppose just is

What if it's not? What if "how it is" is how you are creating it?

When we presuppose things "just are" how they are, we put ourselves in the victim position; we are being shaped by our world. In that nanosecond, you have just created the conditions required for you to live in rage.

There are two types of rage I’d like to explore here. The first is people like me, whose rage would have taken over all the air in the room. I wouldn't have to say or do anything, people simply knew not to come near me when I was 'like that'. Or else they'd feel the burn.

Then there are the people who stuff it down. They freeze. They cry. They repress. They wait for someone to take care of them. In this case, people around you simply know to walk away. They feel powerless in all of it, because they're shut out. So it feels safer for them to just leave.

Either way, we are left holding our rage alone. Not because people don't care, but because it's not theirs. This is why Louise LeBrun repeatedly invites us to "covet our fire"; it's mine. And when I engage it through Quantum TLC™, it literally transforms my life AND that of the people around me.

Which of these two is more familiar to you?

Just because it's familiar, does it make it real?

What gets in the way of you noticing your own power?

What gets in the way of you engaging your own power?

What is the outcome of life you want to live, for yourself?

What does it take for you to claim it?

Who will you have become once you do?

... are you willing to become that person now

If not, what are you waiting for?

Whether you suppress or express this rage is irrelevant. The point is: it's there. Now what?

When rage is present we have two options:

1. engage the familiar process of repressions / suppression / stuffing down / lashing out / silencing / diminishing / controlling / manipulating / yelling / crying / blaming / etc.

or ...

2. Engage Quantum TLC so you create enough SPACE inside your body to invite and allow the information you are labeling 'rage' to MOVE. To inform your body of The Truth that you carry, so that you free yourself from feeling like you 'have to' hold on to it. That's FLOW.

In every moment, you stand at the choice point, making a choice. Habituated, or considered? Familiar, or unknown? Story, or The Wave?

Either choice will produce an outcome; the question is, which outcome do you want to live with?

If you choose the habituated path, you will live an uninspired life, no matter how hard you try. Evolution, after all, is not a function of effort; it's as function of alignment. When rage lives unintegrated into the larger context that can transmute it, it becomes toxic in the body. How can anyone live inspired when they are living in denial of their fire?

If you choose the path of The Wave, it will hurt like hell for a bit, but the context from which you engage — a living godForce — will free you from holding on. That's one of the consequences of choosing this path. There will be others. Are you willing to test it out? Because if you do, you will discover just how GOOD you can have it, in this lifetime.

The question I leave with you is: How will you choose to engage the fire in your belly
