When anxiety hits, instead of being lost to it, you notice: "This energy is telling me something - let me stay curious."

Fist, you pay enough attention to name it, then claim it, own it, and fianally, choose it - and then you know what you need to make it happen.

This isn't theoretical. This is in-the-body, real-time evolution.

Why This Process

I know exactly what it's like to be the black sheep desperate to wake the world to its potential.

For years, I worked in rape crisis centers and government buildings believing I could save the world through policy. I threw everything I had at trying to fix what felt broken, but nothing ever seemed to change.

Except, I was exhausted, frustrated, and believed maybe I was the problem. Clearly, I was the one not adjusting well…

In my two decades of searching, I discovered WEL-Systems, and my life changed forever. I realized there was a completely different way to live - not by trying to save everyone else, but by learning to stay awake in my own life first.

That's why I created this workshop as a coaching session, not another presentation. Because this work is experiential. You can't think your way into it - you have to feel it and practice it to live it.

When you know yourself, being the black sheep isn’t exhausting anymore. When you own that seeing what others don't is your superpower, life becomes far more fun.

I've been guiding women through this process for almost six years now, and watching them evolve from exhausted people-pleasers into women who trust their own voice never gets old.
