The Roles We Play:

Who Am I When I'm Not Being Someone's Something?

This workshop is an opportunity to explore the roles we've come to identify with, the ways those roles shape how we show up in our lives, and what becomes possible when we begin noticing the difference between who we are and who we've learned to be.

Together we'll explore

  • The roles we've come to fearfully cherish— the ones we cling to out of fear of who we'd be without them

  • Why adaptations eventually feel like identity, and why they're so hard to part with

  • The hidden cost of living from a role

  • The four roles most of us learned to play — and which one you defaulted to

  • What becomes possible when life belongs a little more fully to us

This workshop is for women who find themselves at a crossroads — questioning old identities, familiar expectations, and the roles they've spent a lifetime inhabiting and are actively searching to find themselves.

Louise LeBrun, Founder of the Institue

"With a new perspective comes a new realization. With a new realization comes a new choice. With a new choice comes a profoundly different life."

This is for you if you're at a crossroads, questioning old identities, familiar expectations, and the roles you've spent a lifetime inhabiting, and actively searching for who you are beneath them.
