Reclaiming Wholeness:

Owning the conversations we avoid

OCTOBER 16–17, 2026 | LA PÊCHE, QUEBEC + NOVEMBER 17 ONLINE | $997 + TAX

Knowing your Self liberates you to reclaim your wholeness

What gets in the way of us knowing ourselves are the stories we tell. About who we were, who we should be, and what society thinks is important. We tell stories about what life and relationships should look like when the truth of our experience is different.

But because we never learned to feel safe in owning the truth, we hold on to it. We massage it. We hope that something will change without us doing anything.

Yet somewhere deep within, we know: I must take ownership of my internal conversations so that I free myself to create a different reality.

This conversation over three days is about giving voice to all the things we sense but don't give ourselves permission to own out loud. It's about noticing the 'small stuff' as well as the ‘big’. It’s about asking ourselves the tough questions with no answers.

When you know yourself, you own your mind.
When you own your mind, you direct your nervous system.
When you direct your nervous system, you create your reality.

Some of the most important conversations are the ones we refuse to have with ourselves.

Assumptions we live with everyday, lodged in our nervous system, but don't dare speak out loud.

The death that disappeared into silence. The burden of responsibility we still carry for raising younger siblings when we were children. The intergenerational incest everyone normalized.

The resentment toward the child you love deeply. The marriage you don't actually want. The desire for a life that might disappoint everyone around you.

The thing you know to be true but have learned you are not allowed to say.

These are the conversations we're going to dive deep into.

How big are you willing to go?
How good are you willing to have it?
Whose permission do you need to live it?

I created this experience for us all to discover what becomes possible when we embrace the wholeness that owns what we have learned to leave unspoken.

I AM far more capable and resourceful than the stories I tell myself.

When I embrace the larger context of I AM, nothing that arises within me is greater than my capacity to engage it. My life enlivens me. My choices support me. My strategies flow effortlessly. In that, I become the safety within which what was once unspeakable can finally be owned.

What we have learned to leave unspoken is not something to fear, hide from, or hold inside.

It is an invitation to evolve.

Our willingness to confront what we have considered unconfrontable is how we reclaim more of our wholeness.

How our time together will unfold

This is a facilitated group conversation oriented within the WEL-Systems® paradigm. It will involve individual CODE Model™ Coaching within the group and invite you to engage Quantum TLC™ to process your triggers.

Since there is no prescribed agenda to follow, what presents in the room becomes the material for our exploration. We will follow the conversation where it wants to go as we unpack what it means to live a life of wholeness.

Our conversations will happen indoors, with tea and snacks, around the fire. I will provide art materials to keep your hands engaged while you process, as well as a journal for whatever you might wish to capture from the conversations.

There will also be plenty of space to step away, go for a walk, take in the falling leaves, and simply be with yourself and whatever is moving within you.

Because we are able to begin at this depth from the moment we gather, a shared foundation matters. The Decloaking & Living Authentically audio is an essential prerequisite for our time together. If you don't already have access, the audio will be provided with your registration, with the expectation that you listen to it in full before we gather in October.

The month of integration

We gather in person because there is power in immersing ourselves in the process together for two full days, with space in between to wonder, explore, and allow what presents to unfold.

Then you go home and live your life, noticing what shows up, what moves differently, and what becomes available.

The month between our gathering and reconvening is an intentional part of the experience, with full group email support so you are never alone in what emerges. A month later, we reconvene on Zoom to explore what the space of integration has revealed and complete our experience together.

I’m Stela. Your facilitator.

As the Guardian of the Vision of the WEL-Systems® Institute and a Certified CODE Model™ Coach, I have devoted my life to having the tough conversations with women who want to free themselves from their stories.

Despite my Master’s in Criminology and policy analyst background, I entered the WEL-Systems paradigm “an addict.” I don’t facilitate conversations I’ve studied — I live this.

I’m not here as an expert who knows what’s best for you. I’m here to ask higher-order questions and create the conditions in which you might discover what’s true for you.
