How do I register?

  1. Determine which program experience you would like to engage.
  2. From the schedule, select your preferred date and location.
  3. Send an email to register@WEL-Systems.com with the following information:
    • Program Name
    • Date / Location
    • Your Name
    • Mailing Address
    • Phone number(s)
  4. Ensure your place in the program experience of your choice with a non-refundable deposit. We accept Visa, MC or personal cheque. For credit card payment, provide:
    • card holder name
    • credit card number
    • expiry date
    as part of your registration email or call us at:

    Some of our clients prefer to send credit card information in two (2) separate emails with name and first 8 digits of the card number in one email and the remaining digits and expiry date in the second message.
  5. Any pre-program materials will be sent to you upon confirmation of your deposit.
  6. Begin any home study required. Allow at least 2 weeks prior to the program experience to complete these activities.
  7. Submit the balance of your Registration Fee 30 days prior to the start of the program; the full amount is due if you register within 30 days of any session.
  8. Book your room at a hotel, if required.
