Logic, Creativity and Results  is a four-day Certification program that requires no pre-study. With a maximum of 20 curious and committed participants, this intensive experience will prepare you to work as a facilitator with individuals and groups to:

	Discover how to invite a larger perspective and new world view
	Turn conflicts into platforms for bigger and better results
	Discover new ideas and powerful ways of thinking
	Listen for the intention behind the dissention

Using the powerful WEL-Systems model Spirals of Logic™, you'll quickly develop competence and confidence in delving into the unknown with a sense of curiosity and adventure. During the 4-day Logic, Creativity and Results experience you'll explore:

	The WEL-Systems® approach to change and become familiar with the WEL-Systems frameworks and models, e.g. Androgynous Baby, Iceberg of the Self and Signals Dancing™
	The relationship between the New Sciences and human behaviour… and link it to your ability to produce results
	Spirals of Logic™ and its myriad applications in both your personal and professional life
	Nested Living Systems™ and its implications for corporate change
	Systemic change based in individuality and the power of one

Come prepared to engage! In addition to fully exploring the frameworks and models mentioned above, there is ample time for you to work with your real life, real time issues and challenges. And you’ll discover a way to deal with private information in a public setting. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to apply your new Spirals of Logic facilitation skills in a context that has meaning for you.

Successful participants receive a Spirals of Logic Facilitator certificate granted by the
WEL-Systems Institute.
