It means that who you've become along the journey is not only someone that others can trust; that others can look to for support and leadership; but someone that you've discovered you really like to be! And in the perpetual unfolding that is our lives, you now stand on a solid platform from which to move into the journey of creating your future with vision, courage and the clarity of mind that comes from knowing yourself.

Engaging...and Awakening Others is a 5-day experience designed to enliven you at multiple levels of thinking. Beyond showing you how to be resourceful in the world you're in, Engaging provides you with what you need to become resourceful in working with others to co-create the world in which you want to live!

You will experience:

• Individual and group processes that accelerate evolution

At Home:
As you discover the dynamics of family systems, you become able to differentiate what's really you and what's habit - what you want to keep and what you want to let go of. Standing alone in this system holds the potential to change the lives of the people you love.

At Work:
Understanding the power of patterns (fractals) and how they replicate in a variety of contexts, including work, allows you to see and hear and trust what is often overlooked or misinterpreted by most people in work environments. Standing alone in this system allows you to profoundly influence and shape interactions for team building, conflict resolution, negotiation, etc. and change the quality of life at work, for you and your colleauges/clients.

In the Community:
As you come to recognize that all systems/collectives live or die by the strength of the individuals in them, you discover how to evoke the creative force from within these collectives and redirect for a higher expression, i.e. enhanced productivity, performance, etc. Standing alone in this system will allow you to influence the larger systems that shape the collectives in which you live - and make room for health, education, political and other systems to allow for growth and expantion.
