Your journey of personal evolution through the WEL-Systems experiential offerings has offered you many opportunities to experience 'the wave', in flow. With hours of personal 'moments' of Quantum TLC™ as the expression and The CODE Model™ as its framework for enquiry, your life has changed in ways you never thought possible!

You've completed your journey of Manifesting a Meaningful Life and are now drawn to engage your world as an expression of the Signal from Self. Your desire to share the power of this process with others continues to be a compelling invitation for you to stay in your own, ongoing evolution for its own sake; and to move into engaging directly with others as they step into their own WEL-Systems process of accelerated discovery!

During these three days, you'll move into deeper discovery and application of:

  • the power of a holographic universe
  • the importance of the Declaration of Evolution by Intention as invitation
  • 'the wave' as the Emerging Future in flow : the bridge from 'now' into the future
  • the connection between the body, energy, language and metaphors
  • the life-enhancing dance of the WEL-Systems body of knowledge (the context), Quantum TLC (the experience) and The CODE Model (the framework for enquiry)
  • real-life, real-time explorations (self and other) as CODE Model Coaching experiences

You've read the books and listened to the audio materials. You've completed the intensives and allowed yourself to live differently. You've discovered the Signal that you are in the world. Now, embrace and engage it all as you mindfully intend to share the experience of your Self and the WEL-Systems material with others, for their accelerated evolution!

How the Process Unfolds:

  • Working directly with Louise LeBrun - Founder of the WEL-Systems Institute and creator of the WEL-Systems body of knowledge - and others who share your passion for discovery and acceleration, you'll live, breathe and experience the CODE Model and its power for three provocative days.
  • On Day 4, you'll have the opportunity to confirm all that you know and have become as you complete a four-hour, closed book exam on the WEL-Systems body of knowledge, including Quantum TLC, the CODE Model and CODE Model Coaching.
  • Over the next 90 days, you'll create 5 unique CODE Model Coaching sessions (2 hours each) with 5 unique clients (new to you).
  • Upon completion of these, you'll write a 3500-word essay for publication, on your discoveries from this process, including : a) the impact of CODE Model coaching on your own evolution; b) the impact of the CODE Model Coaching process on the outcomes for your client; and c) the power of the process in redefining how you experience yourself and your world.

Successful completion of all of the above requirements within the designated timeframes will result in Certification as a CODE Model Coach™.

As a WEL-Systems CODE Model Coach, you can expect to be:

Clear about who you are as you engage with others for their evolution

Confident in your capacity to invite discovery in a way that engenders safety, science and a touch of the sacred

Proficient at noticing and engaging the differences between a therapy model and an autopoietic world view.

Awake and alive! - with a sense of your capacity to create... and create again. In the infinite game of living, there is always more.

Connected to and trusting of your curiosity and intuition; and with the wisdom and ability to shape your world - and help others do the same.

Clear about the intention you hold to shape your world and confident in creating the internal references that will guide your unfolding passage towards that intention.

Open to all who have completed Manifesting a Meaningful Life

Certification Requirements for CODE Model Coach Certification:

  • successful completion of the 3-day CODE Model Coaching Intensive experience
  • successful completion of the four-hour closed-book exam
  • 5 unique two-hour CODE Model Coaching experiences with 5 clients new to you.
  • a 3500-word essay (for publication)

Please Note: There is no required reading list for this process. At this level of experience, we are looking for candidates to create and generate new material from their personal experience and discovery. The expectation is that CODE Model Coaches will be the authors of original material that will invite others to new levels of expression of their own evolution.
