I have just finished reading Fully Alive and all I can say is "do yourself
a favour and read this book".
For every adult who has ever felt that life, responsibilities, and the
role it seems you are expected to play is more easily swallowed by succumbing
to a mind-numbing routine existence , this book offers an alternative.
I plan to re-read the book within the next couple of weeks because I believe
I will gain even more from it. With the first read it seems a process begins
in your mind and you continue to view your life to date, noticing things
you hadn't really noticed before, questioning things you never thought
to question. And with that process comes the thought that perhaps there
really is MORE, that life isn't just about trying to play a pre-defined
role which you once tried endlessly to have more fun playing, play better
than everyone else, or try to dress up in one way or another to add interest.
I have never been particularly prone to being "well-behaved" or
to doing the expected and yet I have in many ways seen that as a fault
in myself. For me, this book has taken a step towards showing me clearly
that I have been right to fight the pressure to fall in line and become
a "responsible adult" as I understood the definition.
From childhood it seems many of us on some level accept the idea that there
is a clear defined point at which you are "grown up". As though
once you arrive at that point you know everything, you stop learning, you
stop having questions, or doubts - you're "done" And then
you try desperately to find some fun in that existence. You regret that
you didn't learn something else, grow up to be something or someone else
and never contemplate the fact that you still could. For me, this book
re-affirmed the idea that I'm still "growing up" and always will
be, that I'm still on the journey and it can still be interesting and exciting.

Some early reviews / feedback on this book includes:
"You are in MY thoughts... especially
as I progress through the new Fully Alive which is TRULY so much more.
It's not just that I'm more than when I first read it, and then skimmed
it occasionally - it's really MUCH stronger and a really good read."
"I am reading Fully Alive, and
it is hard to not read on... I know what I know Louise, and I cannot
imagine anyone opening and engaging the read of the book and being
able to set the book down with any ease. It is line by line life transforming.
You have done the Universe a great service... and my sense is simply
this. It needs to reach the masses. It is the truth of so many and
that so many are unwilling to engage in. As I read, I am mindful of
my own resourcefulness in finding and taking back my life through the
WEL-Systems Body of knowledge. It was knowledge as I came to learn of
it and come to understand it. Now it is a way of life.

"My
first thought is 'Wow!' The additional material, particularly Chapter
4, provides greater clarity on how we have arrived to where are. The natural
progression and flow of information (a la the Chakras) feels right. Regardless
of my familiarity with the material, I could not help but notice my own
desire to find out more through the bibliographies at the end of the chapters
and to explore what else may exist at the website."
"I've just completed the book,
and 'WOW' comes to mind... Although you say about 40% new content, it
feels like more... Unbelievable what reading this has done for me..."
"Thank you for giving me the opportunity to read the
manuscript and reconnect in a new and meaningful way with the material
and myself. There are no accidents in the Universe and the timing of this
opportunity has been more life sustaining than you could have consciously
known."
