Art and the
Power of Women!

July 13 & 14, 2006
WEL-Systems Institute, Kanata , ON

Leadership is a creative process …as women, we know we each engage leadership uniquely …what more becomes possible when we press our creative edges? …what breakthroughs await exploration of our innate creativity?

Picasso said that “All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist once he (sic) grows up.”

Even if we don’t remember it, there was a time for us all when our creativity flowed effortlessly: no problem seemed to large, no conversation too difficult, no person too problematic. Our innate curiosity for living fueled our passion to live creatively. What usually gets lost to us is our passion. Through painting and sculpting you can reclaim your passion for life and re-discover just how creative a leader you are …and what possibilities await you. You can reclaim effortless leadership!

Your facilitators are Gwen McCauley and Dominique Dennery. Gwen is an artist, author, coach and former corporate executive who delights in helping others rediscover their inner artist and apply those discoveries to leadership and organizational issues. Dominique Dennery is a sculptor and facilitator who loves helping others discover their creative talents and become more effective leaders by applying the lessons they learn through the artistic process.
