Our History:
For more than 15 years, we’ve been working formally with people in
a WEL-Systems® context to help them rapidly, profoundly and generatively
change the quality of their lives. Our field research has demonstrated, time
and time again, that what we offer our clients through a WEL-Systems perspective
and experience is not just incremental change, but a powerful approach that
is revolutionary both in practice and results.
Building on one experience after another, we’ve come to know without a doubt or any hesitation that what we offer you holds the potential to change your life, in a heartbeat. All you have to do is ask yourself: are
you ready for it?
Every day, we read the newspaper and find new, scientific discoveries that
now recognize, name and claim the truth of what we knew and effectively
worked with more than 15 years ago!
A group of research scientists at McGill University discovered five years
ago that what we call ‘memory’ is only malleable and
able to be changed when in flow. They have been working with
this idea to find ways, through use of pharmaceuticals, to activate and
change memory to bring relief to those suffering from trauma. We knew
in 1990 that we could work with people to safely and comfortably activate
flow of memory and engage for profound transformation without drugs. We
have come to call this process Quantum TLC™, and its results
are consistent and unquestionable.
Science now recognizes that experiences prior to the presence of language
continue to be stored in the body and have a profound impact
on how we move through the world. Referred to as ‘intrinsic memory’,
we have been aware of and working with this pre-verbal process for almost
20 years. Traditional approaches are not effective with intrinsic memory
since there is no content to be described; only sensory cues in the body
that either call us toward or repel us away from certain experiences
in life.
These are just two examples of how science is catching up to what a WEL-Systems
perspective has been able to formally offer our clients through educational
intensives since 1990.
Until now, if you’ve wanted to experience a WEL-Systems perspective,
your choices have been to read one of our original, cutting-edge books or
listen to one of our audio products.
Until now, if you’ve wanted to step into a WEL-Systems experiential
intensive, you’ve
had to come to our Program Centre in Ottawa.
Almost
two decades of results demonstrate to us, time and again, how effective
a WEL-Systems approach is for:

the key to all of them is the individual and
we know how to help you transform your life. We have come
to see a pressing need to evolve and to 'go big'.
Our Direction:
All we have done is about to be expanded as we recognize
that what we offer holds the potential to change your life and the lives of
all the people you come in contact with wherever you live. We
are making changes to make it easier to bring the opportunity for a WEL-Systems
perspective/experience to you. At an environment and behavioural level, our
changes appear in the form of our products, our program experiences, and our
accessibility.
We
invite you to read our declaration of Evolution
by Intention to become familar
with and engage the higher levels of thinking that shape what we are manifesting.
To create this reality, we recognize that we must invite
others to reconsider who we are as human beings; to move toward redefining
our humanity and its expression
through the magnificent quantum biological humans that we are; and to move
away from the long-held, historical and incomplete expression of ourselves
through a Newtonian, allopathic model of our humanity. We are stepping into
a variety of ways to do this, which include and are not limited to:
Audio Products
Watch for the new, digitized and re-mastered ‘Women
and Power’ CD’s
to be available by March 1. As timely and relevant today as they were
when first recorded, this powerful material is an invitation to both women
and men to discover more of who they are, individually and in engaging with
each other.
Also under production is a series of 'Catalytic Conversations" - new, audio
interviews with experts in their fields of practice, exploring how else to
engage in these professions from a WEL-Systems perspective. These will include
counseling, mediation, policing, education, pain management, coaching…to
name just a few.
More books
Both Louise and Gwen also have multiple
books in production; and watch for our upcoming collaborations with more than
12 different authors on such topics as women awakening and claiming
the Fire within
and a WEL-Systems
perspective in fields of practice (i.e. finance, business, health
and wellness, medicine, etc.).
Increased Speaking Engagements
We welcome the opportunity to appear as Keynote Speakers
and special engagements whenever 100 or more people are gathering. Our
interest in sharing the potential of a WEL-Systems perspective and experience
is such that we will waive our speaker fees to make this broader conversation

we recognize that we are only looking for the people who are looking for

us if you don’t
know we exist! For that reason, we are choosing to step into and
expand our expression as world leaders in global transformation
working with you to move rapidly to create global change for ourselves
and our children. It’s not too late to make a difference! All
we need to do is name it, claim it and step into it – knowing that
we are not alone.
We want you to know who we are:
Not only do we want you to know who we are and what we stand for, we want
to make room to include you if what we represent holds meaning for you. When
you visit our statement of Beliefs, Values and Attitudes,
you’ll know very quickly if our direction is one that is also meaningful

require but demand an awakened intention by many from around the world.

After almost 20 years of unquestionable results, we’re now gearing
up to bring our Mystery School entry level intensive to you, in your area. Igniting
the Self: Awakening Creativity and the Ability to Connect is
just that – a wake-up call to reconnect with the power of what already
lives inside of us. There is nothing outside of us that will take us to where
we want and need to go. All that is required already lives inside
of us…waiting…to be rediscovered and reclaimed. All
we need to do is awaken to its presence – and
engage!

Paul) knows what it takes to manifest meaningful lives from intention rather
than to be pulled into the dense spiral of history and what already exists. We
believe that the time is NOW to move beyond our history, beyond our habits
and to step into the potential that has always been there. We invite
you to consider this for yourselves, in whatever way is meaningful for you. Although
we are seeking to raise our manifestation capability by orders of magnitude
through co-creation, you need not engage with others to manifest a more meaningful
life for yourself if you are not called to do so. Do however, keep
in mind that manifestation is an ‘inside job’ and begins with

WEL-Systems Change Agent Certification
Every so often something comes along that makes a profound difference in our lives even though it takes precious little time and effort on our part. The WEL-Systems
Change Agent Certification series workshops are just such an opportunity. Whether taken individually for your own growth and evolution or taken as a series for certification, you can be assured that you will leave with a fresh and useful way of considering how you are engaging your workplace (and your life). Time and again participants of the Change Agent series or individual modules remark on how differently they experience their world in as little as one, short day.
The next offering of the WEL-Systems Change Agent Certification series is in March, 2006. You can take the modules individually or sign up for the core Power of One module and two optional one-day modules and become certified as a Change Agent. In today's world we are all required to deal with change on a regular basis. For some of us, helping others deal with change is a job requirement. If you'd like to deal with change more effectively, if you'd like to use change as an opportunity to leverage larger results or if you'd like to support others in engaging the constant changes in their lives, this opportunity is one not to be missed.

Creativity and Huna, May 15-19, 2006
We all know that some of life’s most magical moments and experiences occur when two apparently very different things come together to create a new, grand whole. Well, one of those experiences is in the making and will come to fruition at beautiful Oceanstone from May 15-19, 2006. Your artistic and written creativity will be explored and enhanced as you discover more about yourSelf through the mysteries of Huna.
Whether you are a neophyte or experienced artist, writer or Hunaphile, this Creativity and Huna experience is sure to feed your soul and whet your creative appetites. Mornings will be open to you to paint, write, explore, visit, pamper yourself at the spa. We’ll convene after lunch each day. Some days our focus will be on group painting and writing experiences led by either Gwen or Louise. Other days we’ll engage with Huna via conversation, enery work and meditations led by Louise. There’ll be lots of time for a long, leisurely dinner at Oceanstone’s acclaimed Rhubarb Café and then we’ll reconvene for an evening of more creative expression or Huna practice.
As always with a WEL-Systems approach to creativity all you have to do is bring your sense of adventure and a desire to explore and expand. We’ll bring all the supplies necessary for you to paint in either watercolours or acrylics. We’ll also bring journals for those who wish to write.

All Meaning is Context Dependent
Amongst the many newsletters that are produced comes one more, and
here it is the first of what will become Transformations+ monthly newsletter.
As I begin this endeavor, I know that some of what I will share with
you over the coming months through this newsletter will move you in
some way, through your thoughts and emotions and ultimately through
your choices. As important as this is in its alignment with my intention
to partnering with you to support your personal evolution, what I would
like to share with you in this month’s newsletter is not so
much about you but rather about me, what is moving through me as I
embark on this adventure. I trust that as I share with you what belongs
to me as the experience of this newsletter, some of you will notice
those things that belong to you. Those are the ones to pay attention
to.
All meaning is context dependent is one of the key pre-suppositions of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). In other words, the meaning that we give to an experience, an event in our life, those things that happen to us hundreds of times a day depends on the context that we are experiencing them in. The one thing that is always present in all of our experiences is ourselves. I, who I am , what I believe myself capable of, what part of me I believe is safe to express, who I am with respect to you, how resourceful am I - these beliefs define my context. My voice becomes a reflection of that context. A Voice in Time holds for me a very specific intention, to share with you thoughts and stories that will invite you to become more aware of your context, those beliefs that you hold about yourself and your world, that have become the reality from which you experience life and from which your voice emerges. This heightened state of awareness will be a new platform to stand on from which you can then begin to make new choices about your self-expression, with the hope that your voice in time will be a true reflection of your Self.
A Voice in Time has, as of today, become
a medium for my Self-expression. Self-expression is the one thing that
I hold as sacred. The Self that I express is always evolving and the
changes in the context that is me are reflected in my voice. I embark
on this adventure aware of the many new beliefs that I hold about myself
and my world that invite me to create new ways of engaging with others.
This does not mean that the fear is not present – the fear of not having enough to say, of saying it in a way that will be understood, of not pissing people off, of being interesting, of not giving up or succumbing to a feeling of resignation, of what’s
the point, what difference can I make. The safety I feel inside of
me with mySelf is greater than all those fears. The safety I feel inside
of me makes it easier to accept the invitations that feel uncomfortable.
As I have evolved to this new context, I now stand on a platform where
I can choose, not from habit but rather with intention, clearly aware
of what it is that I want to create. From that new place, I notice
that my voice sounds less angry when I speak to my children, less desperate
when I argue with my husband and more aligned with my intention when
I create with my clients. I choose to speak when I have something to
say with the intensity that reflects the experience that I am having
deep in my body. The interesting thing is that that intensity sounds
less like anger and more like strength and conviction. I continue to
be aware of the fears of expressing myself but are much more aware
of the consequences of silencing myself or of saying yes when I want
to say no. So here it is, A Voice In Time, one more yes on my journey
to my becoming.
I invite you, over the coming weeks, to pay attention to your voice and the extent to which it is a reflection of what is moving deep inside of you, where you live. As you look ahead one month from now, 6 months from now, notice what life feels like as your voice becomes more aligned with what it is that you really want for yourSelf.
