Gwen McCauley - Co-founder and Executive Director of the WEL-Systems® Institute, is an internationally known career transition, leadership development, teambuilding and personal effectiveness consultant. Gwen combines her expertise in business, marketing, coaching, and change management to create a unique approach to consulting. In addition to being a WEL-Systems:NLP Program Leader, Certified CODE Model Coach™ and Quantum TLC™ Facilitator, Gwen has a Masters Degree in Human Systems Intervention.

Pat Donihee Ph.D., a Certified WEL-Systems® Catalyst and CODE Model Coach™, is a highly qualified Training Consultant and Counselor with extensive experience related to training, counselling, communication, community development and association management.

Koreen Kimakowich - WEL-Systems® Institute Associate, is the founder of the Ottawa based company Awakening Wave. Koreen has over 16 years in Law Enforcement and brings both safety and wisdom into her conversations with those who seek to live their lives more fully. She welcomes the opportunity to journey with you as you discover your own personal resourcefulness as it lies within you.

A Reiki Master Teacher, Susan's background includes technical writing and training, project management and business administration combined with many years as a successful independent consultant. She is a skilled, creative and resourceful facilitator with a casually professional, compassionate and fun-loving style.

Celine Levasseur Burlock - WEL-Systems® Institute Associate, believes in the unlimited potential each brings to learning and living. Celine has been working with children, youth and adult for the past 15 years. Founder of the Life Unlimited…and Potential Center, she coaches, develops and lead programs assisting clients on their personal, professional and health journey.
