Reclaiming Your Self ~ Episode 74 ~ Engaging With Others to Feed Your Soul
For the vast majority of women, cultural conditioning imbeds and demands that women be the caretakers of others and of the relationships. This frequently requires putting the interests and needs of others ahead of their own, leading to a great sense of detachment from their own dreams, ambitions and intentions. Imagine a way of contributing to others that, in doing so, profoundly enhances our own evolution! Take a moment and listen, as Leona shares with us her way of moving through her world that ensures her own evolution.
In conversation with: Leona McIsaac Moran - WEL-Systems Institute Affiliate and Certified CODE Model Coach™ – cares deeply about others and about herself! Her desire to contribute and make a difference now weaves its way into and through the process of her own evolution, ensuring that in the process of engaging with others, she does not lose herself!
In her personal journey, Leona has learned that life is a constant process of making choices … allowing new learnings and new experiences to guide those choices, so that we create something different: the life we want.
In her own words: “I’ve always been energized by learning, gaining new insights and perspectives and using them in my work supporting others and in my personal life. I’ve so often been heard to say “I cannot take to others what I have not first made my own and know it works in my daily life.”

Consider the possibility that your best chance for a different life, lies in your reclamation of leadership in your own life! Redefining leadership, in a way that is authentic and meaningful for you; and reclaiming leadership, that you might be at the helm of your own ship, come together to offer a potent and compelling way for you to move through your world!
“There is no greater evidence of leadership than the quality of your own life.” (Louise LeBrun) The Leadership Redefined – Reclaimed Series is not your standard conversation about leadership. Without answers and trusting the questions, we begin by redefining leadership before being willing to reclaim its expression in our lives. For far too long, leadership has been defined from the outside and worn like a cloak, rather than experienced from the inside and manifested as an expression of who we are.
