Having just completed another potent and life-altering journey through the CODE Model Coach™ Certification Intensive, I find myself settled into a quiet moment of contemplation.  With Hawaiian Rainbow internet radio playing softly in the background, I am mindful of a flood of insights that after settling, leave me feeling filled with hope for ourselves, our world and – more important than anything else! – our collective children.  We are all, indeed, a Global Tribe of Humanity.  What we all share is far more binding than any distinction about which we might obsess!

When I visited the definition of ‘posse’, I found:  ”a group of people who have a common characteristic, occupation or purpose”.  I can think of no more  significant, relevant, meaningful or powerful purpose than that of creating a world that sustains Life; that brings life, respects life, sustains life… and does not take it away.  We really do need to be working on that one.

The following thought was shared with one of the amazing women in my life; and I now share with you, that you might notice and intend mindfully what you choose to focus YOUR attention on, today.

“It has been a truly compelling, life-altering and remarkable three days.  With Jaime and Angela; in the good company of Noreen, Jean, Sheila, Ella and Betty… we dove into the deep end of the pool and stayed there for three days.  To a one, the magic of discovering ourSelves was palpable.  Sometimes, when in those moments – like our time shared in April at Montebello – I look out at all of you and feel myself carried in a wave of the magic of discovery; that compelling and propelling series of never-ending moments of boundless possibility!  There were many times, over the last three days, when my body was goosebumps from the top of my head to the tips of my toes.  Many times when the swell of deep gratitude for the majesty of who we are, filled my body and my soul.  I know the I AM that each of us is, IS HERE, NOW!  Coalescence is the key.  In that, we become willing and able to come out to play, together.  Without it, we hide and pretend we are not who, in those deep and dark spaces within, we know we are.”

If we do not coalesce around a far more vibrant and Life-giving paradigm for being, I know that our children will pay the price for our unconsidered choices.  It need not be so.

I don’t know about you, but my world seems to be on fast-forward!  Is it just me or is time speeding up?  Whatever is happening ‘out there’, I continue to be mindful that my ‘reality’ is structured from ‘in here’… and paying attention to THAT always brings meaning into my life.  

I share with all of you what I’ve been listening to; having found the reminder that allows me to reconnect with mySelf.  Longer than usual, it has indeed been worth the listen, for me.  I trust it will be so, for you, too!

As my life continues to morph into larger and unfamiliar invitations for my own evolution, I once again hear the Siren call of Hawaii.  In that, lives the vibration of an undeniable way of knowing my Self that, without fail, brings me back to that which is core to my being.  I share the following reminder with you that you, too, might take a moment to breathe… and return to your Self.

No matter how chaotic it might be ‘out there’, you can find and relax into that tranquil sea within.  It doesn’t have to be hard or take a long time.  It can be as easy as breathing in… and breathing out… and trusting that each breath will reveal its undeniable truth.  All you need to do is be willing to listen.

It has been a while since I have felt drawn to write.  With the recent passing of my Dad, it is as if the scales have been lifted from my eyes; and once again, not only do I see… I see very differently.

I share the following observations of my own perceptions in the hope that you might notice your own.  To observe, is one thing.   To live what we discover from that observation, is quite another.

Impeccability and Manifestation

My life has been profoundly and forever changed by the recent passing of my father. Being at my Dad’s beside for 40 hours as he chose to journey from a being of Light in matter, to one of Light, free from the constraints of tissue, was a significant and life-altering experience for me.

Throughout the process of loosening the grip of the body that he was, on the Spirit that he now is, there were heart-stopping moments as he sought to relax into the struggle of tissue seeking to hold its ground; letting the moments pass, without fighting back.. and knowing that the time would come.

As I sat with and talked to my Dad; as I watched this most sacred of dances unfold, the word that kept coming to mind was the word ‘impeccable’. For me, there are so many associations of that word to notions of ‘perfectionism’ or ‘rigor’, as requirements for impeccability to be claimed and expressed. Yet, as I watched my Dad, that is not what came to mind for me. [...]
