Join me: Montebello ~ November 25, 26 & 27

It’s that time of year, again!  Twice a year (April and November), I make my way to the Chateau Montebello to create a context of comfort, relaxation and support for my body; that my mind might make leaps in stretching, expanding and carving out new thoughts for my new world!
And I choose to do that, in the good company of other women who are just as hungry for their own evolution.. and willing to engage!

This November, we’ll stand in the ‘now’ and move from there.  As much as I will bring my own intentions and frameworks to this exploration, yours will be essential threads as we weave, together, a very different tapestry of possibility from what we already know.  Given that all meaning is context dependent, we’ll start and finish from there:  ‘What is the larger context within which we are already creating our lives… and can we see it?  What is invisible to me that is already shaping my world that I am not yet noticing?”

Exploration.  Discovery. Curiosity.  Courage.  Those are the essential elements for any and all of these small-group retreat gatherings.   The laughter, tears and deepening connections to Self and other, are the gifts we take with us when we leave.

No two are ever the same!  The unique interests, contributions and considerations of the women who gather, shape the framework for enquiry.  The one thing that you can count on:  we  make the journey, together.

Watch for more information to come about this event!

You can be sure that I will bring all of my own insights, discoveries and provocations as they continue to surface along the path of my own evolution.  For now, here’s what I know for sure:

When:  November 25, 26 & 27 (Wednesday and Thursday:  full days; Friday to 1:00 pm)

Where:  Chateau Montebello (Montebello, Quebec)

Cost:  $995/HST (meals/accommodation separate – group rate will be available)

This is a small-group process so if you’re sure you want to be there, contact me by email ( to reserve your place.

One last thought:  consider extending your stay before or after the event.  The Chateau Montebello will be dressed for the Holiday Season, reminding us of the magic of it all!   Just a thought….

    Hi Louise,

I am looking forward to this time in November with you and with all of the women who feel intuitively called to participate.

Your retreats always ignite relevant, unconditional, deepening and meaningful conversations for my growth and transformation; as ‘tough’ as I have sometimes experienced them, new revelations have been awakened in me, in a breath. in any given moment. I continue to discover that, as integration happens, my focus and my perspective for living become clearer and I feel lighter, inside. My personal courage continues to amplify itself as a sustaining force in my life; I am becoming more and more welcoming of my capacity for indifference.

Really, for me, engaging in these twice yearly retreats with you is all about educating myself for my own evolution of consciousness as THE strategy for living a meaningful, unconditional and joyful life. As a woman who has been around the block more than a few times, I can say that it is never toooooo late…. and, it is soooooo much fun, LOL!

    See you there!

Wonderful! I always appreciate your candour and courage; and know that your own evolution is always a huge contribution to the overall process.

And… bonus! We’ll be sure to work in time for those who are looking for BSI with you. After all, the key to an expansive mind is an open body. 🙂

    See you there!

Thank you Louise for this creation and opportunity. A special “retreat” for mind, body and soul, with continued growth, exploration and evolution of consciousness — it sure doesn’t get any better than that for me. 🙂 Count me in … I’ll be joining you!

And yes I’ll be extending my stay before and after the event. Looking forward to it.
