Today, I began the process of converting a powerful, compelling and life-altering three-day exploration amongst a small group of people; into a compressed and potent expression, accessible to any and all who have curiosity and a passion for their own ongoing evolution.  The intense and intensive CODE Model Coaching™ Certification event does not focus on technique but on accelerated evolution and our capacity to become living models of this, as invitations for others to consider it for themselves.

Lots going on in my life, these days.  Sometimes, I need to be reminded that I am always choosing; that I am always the one making the decisions and setting the boundaries on my world.  I get to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’; and I get to declare where I draw the line in the sand of my own being.  Maybe you’d welcome that kind of reminder for yourself, in your life, too!  If so, put aside the next 10 minutes… take a breath… and relax.  You may be surprised at what comes into your awareness.

What would it feel like to be you? How else might you make choices and decisions that affect your world and that of the people you care about? And perhaps, more than anything else, who might you discover yourself to be capable of becoming?

Reclaiming Your Self ~ Episode 76 ~ Parenting: The Roots of Community

How do all the pieces fit together?  How is ‘culture’ shaped; and how can we reshape culture in a more potent and meaningful way?  What is the connection between who we have been and who we can become?  Consider that the forces that shape culture begin in utero and follow us throughout our lives!  What will it take for us to become more present and mindful to the power of parenting: the underlying process that shapes it all.

I don’t know about you, but my world seems to be on fast-forward!  Is it just me or is time speeding up?  Whatever is happening ‘out there’, I continue to be mindful that my ‘reality’ is structured from ‘in here’… and paying attention to THAT always brings meaning into my life.  

I share with all of you what I’ve been listening to; having found the reminder that allows me to reconnect with mySelf.  Longer than usual, it has indeed been worth the listen, for me.  I trust it will be so, for you, too!

Possibility and potential – two words that we long to know personally, in the lives we create.  And yet sometimes, we pull back from the truth of who we might become, as we come face-to-face with the jagged edge of the impact and implications in our lives.  Although it’s not always easy and it’s not always fun, the great and soaring effect of embracing who we might become, demands that we first and foremost, be true to ourselves.  That takes courage – and the willingness to see what we see, hear what we hear and know what we know.

As my life continues to morph into larger and unfamiliar invitations for my own evolution, I once again hear the Siren call of Hawaii.  In that, lives the vibration of an undeniable way of knowing my Self that, without fail, brings me back to that which is core to my being.  I share the following reminder with you that you, too, might take a moment to breathe… and return to your Self.

No matter how chaotic it might be ‘out there’, you can find and relax into that tranquil sea within.  It doesn’t have to be hard or take a long time.  It can be as easy as breathing in… and breathing out… and trusting that each breath will reveal its undeniable truth.  All you need to do is be willing to listen.

Reclaiming Your Self ~ Episode 74 ~ Engaging With Others to Feed Your Soul

For the vast majority of women, cultural conditioning imbeds and demands that women be the caretakers of others and of the relationships.  This frequently requires putting the interests and needs of others ahead of their own, leading to a great sense of detachment from their own dreams, ambitions and intentions.  Imagine a way of contributing to others that, in doing so, profoundly enhances our own evolution!  Take a moment and listen, as Leona shares with us her way of moving through her world that ensures her own evolution.

My choice today, for myself and in sharing with all of you, is called ‘Living Large in an Increasingly Smaller World‘.

It is not what we do, it is who we believe we can become.

As our world begins to feel smaller and tighter, rather than curl in on ourselves, we must expand into our Selves.  For a new context for evolution, click here to read the Declaration of Evolution by Intention™.

When we look around at our world and how we move through it, consider the endless invitations that present for us to begin to notice that every choice we make is a reflection of our state of being, which then defines our world. If our world is in trouble (and it is), it may be time to stop… and ponder… not only who we already are but who else we might become. As each of us in the collective that we are transforms, we become the breath of fresh air that makes it possible for us to redefine how we choose to move through our days – and our world expands.

Given the recent circumstances of my life, I was drawn to listen to this invitation to remember who I am.  Not always easy and not always fun, moving on is nonetheless both required and desired as evidence that Life lives, even when the things inside that life may fall away.  

I hope it will prove as meaningful for you as it has been for me.

Finding Ourselves in the Dark

It is not easy to let go of our need to have what ‘ was ‘ continue to be the way it ‘ is ‘. All that we’ve clung to for so long begins to fade into the background. As we let go, those movements and sounds so foreign to all that we hold as ‘real’ and ‘true’ and ‘right’, begin to increase in intensity and flow. Body, mind and spirit separate and become like the thick ropes of hair loosed from a French braid, resting in the palm of our hand… waiting… for us, once again, to weave them into new expressions and new dimensions that offer new meaning to who we might become.
