The WEL-Systems Institute is a world leader in life-altering and generative change programs, products and experiences for accelerated consciousness and personal evolution. The Institute is at the core of an evolving global collective, built on the strength of the individuality of its members and a desire to further evolve in the company of others on a similar journey of discovery.

To create this reality, we recognize that we must invite others to reconsider who we are as human beings; to move toward redefining our humanity and its expression through the magnificent quantum biological humans that we are; and to move away from the long-held, historical and incomplete expression of ourselves through a Newtonian, allopathic model of our humanity. We are stepping into a variety of ways to do this.

As the certification body for a broad range of WEL-Systems® based programs and experiences, we specialize in integrating ancient wisdom with cutting edge science - the Newtonian with the Quantum and the allopathic with the autopoietic, mindfully and magically combining that which is sensed with that which is extra-sensory - to continuously expand the WEL-Systems body of knowledge and its application. Our clients combine traditional techniques (Reiki, Huna, NLP, hypnosis, bioenergetics, etc.) with the life-altering WEL-Systems framework for change, to expand their lives and the lives of those with whom they come in contact.

The Institute historically had four main operating divisions:

ProGenerations providing change management, leadership & professional development experiences for employees and teams

Nestled in the crucible of the WEL-Systems Institute, each division has its own designated area of specialized program offerings with the WEL-Systems approach to change at their core. Whether your interest is in NLP, personal wellness and spirituality, or whether it's leadership and corporate renewal, our full range of program experiences offer opportunities for exceptional results. Over time the operating divisions no longer represented a significant focus for developing and sharing a WEL-Systems perspective - they are included here as a historical note and because the internet has a long memory (and some people are curious about such things).

We offer that powerful new context that raises your thinking about the 'problem' to a higher level; creates an experience of respect and integrity for the individual; and recognizes the requirements of the bottom-line. Offering a WEL-Systems perspective - a unique and ground-breaking world view - we've had the opportunity to work with thousands of individuals from around the world in supporting their desire to bring change into their homes, their communities and their work environments...to make a difference wherever they go.

Portals Passages, www.portalspassages.com, recognized that the vision was shared by many and created the space for those of like mind to enter into more intense and focused learning experiences. People from around the world have received WEL-Systems:NLP certifications changing their lives and becoming living expressions of the WEL-Systems context.

TidePool Resources, www.TidePoolResources.com, has responded to the need for an alternative to the traditional approaches to personal physical and emotional wellness. Reaching out to those who have lost faith in their ability to heal themselves, these experiences offer a renewed trust in the deeper, instinctive and natural ability to be well and whole.

ProGenerations, www.ProGenerations.com, works with people in business and corporate environments who are creating increased Organizational Mindfulness, Relationship Integrity or Generative Change in organizations using the WEL-Systems® approach. Public workshops, in-house learning experiences, context focused facilitation, and speaking engagements support accelerated growth and evolution.

WEL-Systems Productions was established to bring a focus to the publication and production activities of the Institute and other individuals who are seeking an alternative to traditional approaches for book, CD / DVD, and internet based endeavors.
