For centuries we have been taught that personal wellness is found outside of ourselves. As such, when we actively take steps to create a life that we desire, instinctively, we tend to look externally for that which will facilitate change inside of our selves. If we want to create sustaining change inside of our selves, inside of our selves is precisely where we must go to achieve the change we seek. Short of that, looking outside of ourselves for another’s strategies ensures a gap between our intention and the in-sights achieved.
