Women Awakening – May 8th

Women in the Ottawa area are invited to be part of an evening workshop to plug in to the momentum of Women Awakening!  As one recent participant shared of her experience: 

“I feel lighter somehow, no longer hostage to my thoughts as much.  I laugh more wholeheartedly.  Wow!  If (the workshop) is an indication of what is to come, I can’t wait!”

‘Women Gathering in small groups, talking…” is a blog dedicated to the essential power inherent in women in conversation with other women.  We’re adding the voices of other women by expanding the Blogroll to include the voices of those who not only are willing to be seen and heard, but who are also frequently the attractor for conversations with other women.  Their willingness to be true to themselves becomes the invitation for other women to find this well of potential within themselves.

Spotlight On: Hawaii Huna Retreat

Hawaii Huna Retreat: The Pulse of Paradise/

A small group of enthusiastic and curious folks made the Mauna Lani Experience a memorable one!  Leisurely days started with Kona coffee, the rolling of the Pacific and a leisurely morning stroll along the white sand beach, searching for ‘honu’ (sea turtles) sunning on the rocks.  Rested, relaxed and ready to engage, we gathered in the Puna Room with views of the lush and exotic garden through the wall of windows that ensured we continued to feel connected to Paradise.  We laughed, we cried and we returned profoundly enriched by our time together!
