"WEL-Systems Institute". Until May 1st, a block of rooms are being held for conference at a special reduced rate - mention the WEL-Systems Institute and the conference to get the rate.
If cancellation is necessary, you must send cancellation notice in writing. The receiving date determines the cancellation date.
- If cancellation is received prior to 60 days of the conference a
30% cancellation fee will apply
- If cancellation is received between 31 and 60 days of the conference
a 50% cancellation fee will apply
- No refund if cancellation is made within 30 days of conference
- You may apply your conference registration to a future WEL-Systems
