Shifting Identities:
Survival and Beyond for Law Enforcement Personnel

Day 2  ~   10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Conversations on Personal & Professional wellness, including:

  • On Your Body
We live from the neck up – and then we die. Bullet proof – and when do we get to be fully alive?
  • On Disease
Consider disease as a dis-ease in your body. How often do you notice your own discomfort?
  • On Human Doing vs. Human Being
Which ‘human’ most resembles you? Do you want it to remain that way? It’s your life – and are you having any fun?
  • On Who it’s About
Ever wonder why certain people/circumstances fire off emotional responses in you? Is that you or the history of you?
  • On Being Effective – at work and at home
You can’t give what you haven’t got!

In an Open Forum setting, find a safe place to claim the truth of your experience – without question and without judgment. With no requirement to reveal your thoughts or speak them out loud, stop…and take time for yourself to consider:

  • How do I move through the world? What are my ‘rules’ and ‘expectations’ of myself?
  • How else might I consider living?
  • How can I allow myself to respond to my own needs, as I do the needs of others?
  • If I stay, or if I go, how do I continue to grow?

Shifting Identities is presented in a WEL-Systems® context. Through a series of ground-breaking models, you’ll explore:

  • the context of your experience; changing it and the meaning it holds
  • the universal start point for wellness: BREATH !
  • processing information by other than your intellect and at quantum speeds
  • reacquainting with Choice and the power of it in your life
  • an increasing awareness of your most significant resource : YOU!
  • reconnecting with and experiencing your authentic self

Whatever you choose, your world will expand! When you leave, you’ll take with you an ability to live differently and recognize your needs when they surface. As ‘you’ become more effective, you take that with you every where you go – at work and at home. And if you want more, we’ll help you find what you’re looking for.
